On Sunday, August 19th, we will be celebrating our 9^th Annual National Children’s Home Day.  National Children’s Home Day was established in order to bring awareness to Christian Children’s Homes across America as well as to financially assist them during the very difficult summer months.  There are several opportunities for individuals, churches, businesses, and organizations to help.  We have individual sized “House Banks” that can be filled with loose change or dollars.  Some churches choose to dedicate their VBS offerings or to take up a special offering on Sunday, August 19^th.  We have posters and flyers that can be displayed in your churches and offices, bulletin inserts for churches, as well as a promotional DVD.  If you need any of these supplies you can email croberts@hopechildrenshome.org, mail in your request, or fax it to (813) 968-7686.

 

On Sunday, August 19^th, from 2:00-4:00pm, we will also have an Open House so that people from the local area can come by for a tour, meet some of the children, see our dorms and school, and if you so desire, to drop off a National Children’s Home Day Offering.  We hope that you will find some way to be part of this special day and may the Lord bless you for your giving.
