MINISTRY OVERVIEW:

We take care of
approximately 75 children. They are in dormitory style housing, Boys’
dorm separate from girls’ dorm. We also have Hope Christian School
located here on our property that educates children from K-4 through 12th
grade.
Within each dorm
we have individual family apartment units where the house parents and
their families reside. Our children range in age from 3 to 18. These
are all good children who really just need a place to go. We are not a
lockdown facility nor do we deal with juvenile delinquents. The average
age of our children is between 8 and 10 years old.
Our other staff
lives in homes and cottages located on our 45 acre campus. Each home is
a little different so we match up housing based on family or individual
needs.

We are seeking
people to serve in our ministry in both immediate and future openings as
house parents, teachers, and maintenance.

your regular days off. We have year around school which allows the

things they need to get done.

Maintenance

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Our faculty and
staff work for very modest salaries that are based on experience. We
provide housing, utilities, full coverage medical insurance as well as
dental and eye coverage. We also offer many other benefits such as a
company matching retirement program, much of a persons clothing needs
from our Thrift Store Ministry, as well as meals. Unlike other homes we
also have our own full-time cook, maintenance staff, and grounds keeper.
Those who serve at
HOPE do so because they feel they have been called to the ministry. No
one, including the director has a large income. We all work long hours,
live modestly, and seek to minister to others rather than being
ministered unto.
I
trust this information has given you a good feel for our ministry. If
